Near the entrance to the building (at a distance of about 5 metres) is one parking space for disabled people: in the inner car park in front of the main entrance to the building from Powstańców Wlkp. Street.
The main entrance to the building:
- has steps with handrails;
- requires the use of steps, but a ramp is located on another side of the building, on Kościuszki St., at the main entrance to the Novum Language Library.
- The ramp entrance leads to level 0 in block C; to ascend the stairs (two sets of four steps) from level 0 (main lobby) to the lifts serving levels –1 to 6 in block A and levels –1 to 5 in block B, a stair lift can be used, located between block C and blocks B/A.
Inside the building:
- there are stairs having handrails on both sides;
- there are lifts giving access to all levels and parts of the building;
- the lifts have voice announcements and Braille control buttons;
- there are toilets adapted for disabled people:
- 1 toilet on the ground floor (main lobby) in block B;
- 1 toilet on the ground floor (main lobby) next to the lifts in block A;
- 1 toilet on each floor in the Language Library.
The information system for people with sensory disabilities includes:
- Induction loops for people with hearing disabilities, installed in rooms;
- Door plates with room numbers in Braille and information in QR codes;
- Screens in the lobbies displaying information for university students and employees.
Guide dogs may be brought into the building, with restrictions on access to laboratories from which animals are excluded in accordance with health and safety regulations.
